## The villa

Perched on several south-facing terraces dotted with very old olive trees. The main house has a salon with fireplace, a dining corner seating 6–8, an updated fully-equipped kitchen and pantry with washing machine. A covered terrace seats 10–12 for al fresco dining; a second terrace faces the valley for sunsets. Rock steps lead down to the pool and pool-house (bedroom, kitchenette, living space, updated bathroom).

- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, doors overlooking pool and valley
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed, main floor, opens to yard with small terrace

Amenities: private pool, valley & garden views, fireplace, two BBQ / al fresco terraces, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, convection & microwave ovens, large fridge with water & ice), washing machine, fibre WiFi 330 Mbps, dedicated workspace, parking for 3 cars (1 covered), pétanque. All linens and pool/bath towels included. Note: rock gardens and many stairs — not ideal for reduced mobility.
